Cancellation Policy
State of Infusion understands that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes circumstances arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We strive to provide the highest quality of care and convenience to our clients, and we ask that you please respect our time and resources by adhering to our cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the appointment.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution in such cases. If you need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
